It's already been 2 weeks since my last update, time really is flying and I'm getting bigger and bigger. Things are really getting pretty real now, I've had confirmation of a breastfeeding course I'm booked into at the hospital. It's now less than 2 weeks until we move house (I've managed to pack one box so far, oops).
I've been really tired lately, even when I'm literally doing nothing around the house so naps are greatly appreciated when I can manage to doze off.
How far along? 27 weeks & 2 days.
Total weight gain: 9lbs.
Maternity clothes? No new ones.
Stretch marks? I'm really sad, they've now creeped onto my belly but there's ever-growing ones all over my legs too unfortunately. :(
Sleep: Getting pretty disturbed now. Baby has decided she much prefers night-time to start waking me up, this combined with generally feeling like a whale isn't ideal for a good nights sleep.
Best moment this week: Feeling her move so much and so strongly now.
Miss anything? Nothing really.
Food cravings: I've finally realised I've had a huge craving this entire pregnancy and didn't pick it up; cereal! I can't go a day without having it but never picked it up as a craving but I didn't used to have it so much. Also, a strawberry & lychee drink from Aldi that I've been loving. Yum.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Nope.
Labour signs: Not yet.
Symptoms: Constant tiredness, wanting to eat the house contents, pelvic pain and general aches and backpain.
Belly button in or out? Still in and flat, keeps going half out then back in.
Happy or moody most of the time: I've been pretty emotional and felt quite low mainly. No real reason, just hormonal I guess crying for no reason.
Looking forward to: Once I've got my whooping cough injection and blood tests out the way next week, I've got a pretty exciting fortnight following!
I'm not sure if we'll have internet right away as they've never installed on time, so my next update may be late! I hope you're all well and looking forward to the Bank Holiday if you're in the UK!
