I know, I know..I've done a lot of micellar cleanser reviews at the moment but this ties in nicely since I've been doing low-high end micellar water testing. When L'Oreal announced they were launching a micellar water I thought I had to try it. Whilst browsing Asda doing my food shopping I noticed it was on offer for £3 so I thought I may as well throw it in my basket.
For £3 it's a pretty good deal and I wasn't expecting the best but I have to say, so far so good! I've been using this for about 10 days since stopping using my Escentual blind trial cleansers to give my skin a break. L'Oreal claim this cleanser is hypo-allergic, free of alcohol and perfume which is great for my skin as it can easily get irritated. I use this as the first step in my skincare before either using a hot cloth cleanser in the bath/shower.
The solution itself feels simply like water. Although there are quite a few ingredients in there which suggest otherwise. It's kind to my skin, cheap and gets rid of all my makeup, including eyes so it's an all round winner! I have a feeling this will be a repeated purchase. I don't feel it did any better than the high end ones I tried in my blind trial so that proves to me that the low end ones will do the same job for less cost!
Have you tried L'Oreal Micellar Solution? What other products from the L'Oreal Skin Perfection range should I try?
