Nivea Daily Essentials Express Hydration Primer

Nivea Daily Essentials Express Hydration Primer - RRP £4.99 (on sale for £3.99 at Supedrug)
Nivea are one of my favourite skincare brands and they never fail to let me down. A few weeks ago I went Nivea mad and bought quite a few of their day moisturisers, mainly because they smell amazing, but they do wonders for my dry skin. Since I have little time in a morning I thought it was genius that somebody came up with the idea for a moisturiser and primer in one! Now I know I mentioned I have dry skin, but I was unsure as to whether their Daily Essentials Express Hydration Primer for dry skin would be too rich as a make-up base so just got the normal one, next time I will try the dry/sensitive version to see how they compare.

This dries so quickly! You needn't worry about having to wait for your moisturiser to dry, then primer, then start the whole makeup process. I've cut one step out and it's saved me a few minutes than it normally would - bonus! Who doesn't want a few more minutes in bed?! I've started using my other moisturisers when I've got more time at the weekend or in the evenings as a little boost so that I get my monies worth still.

The packaging is typical Nivea style on the box but inside is a glass tub which feels quite expensive and is a bit heavy actually. The product itself looked just like moisturiser but as you apply it feels a bit more concentrated like a gel texture and soaks in immediately. It has made my makeup stay on longer, like it does with my regular primer and for less than £5, I think this product is so good. I'm really impressed with it and will be re-purchasing once I've used it all up.

Nivea Express Hydration Primer is currently on sale for £3.99 in Superdrug, so I suggest having a look in there or purchase from their site here while the offer is still on!
