Leopard Print Nails ala Boyfriend Style

L-R Tesco All About Nails Black, Nails Inc Basil Street, Tesco All About Face(?!) Clear Coat, Sally Hansen Insta-dri Anti-Chip Top Coat
I'm sure my boyfriend is half going to kill me for showing you this. Firstly, these nails weren't done by me. They were done by my adorable boyfriend. He's very creative and I've pestered for a while for him to re-create leopard print nails. This was the first go so don't be too hard on him haha. It was quite simple and the picture probably doesn't show it at its' best but in real life it looked pretty cool I must admit. I would like to experiment with other colours next time, aren't they cute?

I used a base coat of Tesco's All About Nails clear coat, followed by Nails Inc Basil Street, Once that had dried I did another of Tesco's clear coat. Then my boyfriend did random dots with Tesco's All About Nails black coat (I can't see any name or shade on it), lastly he used a cuticle tip I had lying around to put gold dots in the middle. Once we'd used this, I realised how old it was so actually threw it away, yuck, forget how quickly some things need to be thrown away! Finally, I used a Sally Hansen top coat that I got from feelunique a few weeks ago. It was a bargain £5.05 and dries mega quick! I'd recommend it to make your nail polish last longer.

Do you like nail art? What do you think I should try next?

    1. Aww I thought he did a great job for the first try ;) the smudging was probably my fault anyway for not waiting for the top layer to dry before putting the top coat on x
